Meet Ellyse, a Latin-American musician and entrepreneur, currently pursuing her MBA in Music Business at the University of North Texas. She proudly holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the same university, along with a minor in Music Business and Entrepreneurship. As a passionate musician, Ellyse has honed her skills through years of hard work and dedication to being the best she can be. .In addition to her love for music, Ellyse has an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to create a nourishing community in the music business world.
Ellyse’s ambition led her to found Drops Shop, a polymer clay earring business that has taken off. As CEO and founder, Ellyse handles everything from the design and creation of each earring to the marketing and sales of her products. Her experience with Drops Shop has given her valuable insights into the world of business and entrepreneurship. She hopes to share her passion of creation with the world, whether that be through her music or her earrings.

My Story
Ever since I was young, I've always had a passion for music and playing French horn. Although I love performing, I'm now discovering my newfound interest in music business. While my major is concentrated in music business, I am delighted to learn about the business world as a whole.
I am the woman I am today because of my mom and abuela. Both she and my mom are two truly inspiring, strong women whom I look up to. Raising three children: my mom, aunt, and uncle, all on her own and all in a one bedroom apartment. She did a wonderful job raising them by herself because they’re some of the most amazing people I have in my life. Never will I fail to continue their legacy and incorporate their morals everyday of my life.
Life gets hectic and despite what happens, my family will always have my back because we support and care for one another. I want to translate that into my education and professional life. Everyone deserves a to be a part of a healthy and nourishing community.
